By accessing our website, participating in programs, purchasing services, or entering our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or participate in any Silver Saddle Stables services or programs.

1. About Silver Saddle Stables

Silver Saddle Stables is an animal-centered community space located in the Glendale/Burbank Rancho area offering equine programs, educational experiences, community events, and canine services including daycare, grooming, boarding, and training.

All services are designed to promote responsible animal care, learning, and community engagement.

2. Eligibility

Participation in programs, services, and membership benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements including:

• Minimum age requirements
• Signed liability waivers
• Health and safety requirements
• Program-specific guidelines

Minors must have participation authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Silver Saddle Stables reserves the right to refuse service or participation to any individual who fails to comply with safety guidelines or facility policies.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in equine activities, animal interactions, and outdoor programs involves inherent risks.

By participating in any Silver Saddle Stables activity, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Horses and animals are unpredictable by nature
• Physical activity around animals may involve risk of injury
• Outdoor environments contain natural hazards

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

All participants may be required to sign an additional liability waiver prior to participation.

4. Equine Activity Liability Notice (California)

Under California law, an equine activity sponsor is not liable for injuries resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

These risks may include:

• The behavior of horses and other animals
• Surface conditions and natural hazards
• Participant actions that may contribute to injury

By participating in equine activities at Silver Saddle Stables, you acknowledge these risks.

5. Membership Terms

Silver Saddle Stables may offer annual membership programs.

Membership benefits may include:

• Access to community events
• Preferred pricing on programs
• Guest passes
• Discounts on canine services

Membership terms:

• Membership fees are billed annually
• Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal
• Membership fees are non-refundable

Members may request cancellation of auto-renewal at any time. Benefits will remain active until the membership expiration date.

6. Program Registration and Payments

Registration may be required for certain programs, workshops, or services.

Policies may include:

• Advance booking requirements
• Program capacity limits
• Payment prior to participation

Silver Saddle Stables reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Program cancellations by participants may be subject to fees
• Membership fees are non-refundable
• Missed sessions may not be refunded

If Silver Saddle Stables cancels a program, participants may receive:

• Rescheduling options
• Credit toward future programs

8. Dog Daycare, Boarding, and Grooming Services

Participation in canine services requires:

• Proof of vaccinations
• Health and behavioral screening
• Compliance with facility safety rules

Owners acknowledge that dogs interact with other animals and that minor incidents may occur despite supervision.

Silver Saddle Stables reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for dogs displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior.

9. Facility Rules and Conduct

All visitors must follow facility guidelines including:

• Respectful behavior toward animals and staff
• Compliance with safety instructions
• Appropriate attire and footwear
• Supervision of minors

The use of drugs, alcohol, or unsafe behavior on property is strictly prohibited.

Silver Saddle Stables reserves the right to remove individuals who violate facility rules.

10. Photography and Media

Silver Saddle Stables may take photographs or videos during programs or events for educational or promotional purposes.

By attending events or participating in programs, you grant Silver Saddle Stables permission to use such media unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

11. Website Use

Users of the Silver Saddle Stables website agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the website
• Use content without permission
• Misrepresent their identity or affiliation

All website content including text, images, and branding is the property of Silver Saddle Stables unless otherwise stated.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, program descriptions, materials, and content are owned by Silver Saddle Stables and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
